Completing The Second Cycle - Turn 16 (200-190 BC)

Situation after turn 15
The revolt dice land 5-1, meaning Cisalpina again expels Rome's legions.
This is the second turn in which Reg's Romans have Scipio as a great captain, meaning five campaigns instead of the usual one. He starts by retaking Cisalpina, but only at the second attempt. The third campaign conquers Numidia, and then 'AFRICA' well-and-truly falls to a 6 (the Carthaginian homeland can be captured if Carthage has no other provinces). Finally, Reg takes Sicilia, meaning the whole of the western Mediterranean is now Roman red.
Richard's Parthians attack 'Asia', but fail, and Andy fails to roll a 6 to free his Carthaginian homeland.
My Macedonians attack Syria, but without success.
Yellow is likely to be squeezed out of existence by Red and Green, albeit 'INDIA' may remain to the Macedonians
