The Last Empire: Turn 15 (210-200 BC)

Situation in 210 BC
Scipio will command the Romans for the next two turns, meaning five campaigns a turn with a +2 modifier for being a great captain. He will also ignore -1 modifiers for attacking non-homeland controlled provinces. This is also the first of five turns in which Carthage receives a +1 modifier for having had a great captain.
The revolt dice (6-6) again land on my province of Thracia.
The Romans steamroller through Cisalpina, Gallia, IBERIA and Numidia, and top it off by conquering AFRICA with a 6, thus eliminating the Carthaginians.
I again reconquer Thracia, rolling 4.
Andy rolls 6, recovering his homeland of AFRICA.
Richard's Parthians could attack INDIA, but with a -2 modifier for attacking outside of the original Persian empire. Alternatively they could attack the province of Persia with a -1 modifier for attacking a controlled province. He goes for the easier option, and succeeds with a 5.
The Carthaginians are barely surviving in the west, but the Parthians are again reviving their fortunes in the east
