Andy's Carthaginians attack IBERIA, but roll 1.

Rome attacks Magna Graecia, but rolls 3.

Richard's Parthians attack Bactria, but 4 is not enough to conquer a controlled province.

I attack Parthia, but my roll of 3 is not enough to conquer a controlled province despite having a +1 modifier for having had a great captain no more than five turns ago (this is the last time I get this modifier).

Once again a decade in which the map has not changed.
