Empire 3: Turn 14 (220-210 BC)

Situation in 220 BC
This is the turn in which Hannibal champions Carthage's cause, meaning Richard gets five campaigns, each with a +2 modifier, and with no -1 modifier for attacking a controlled province (except if the province is a homeland).
The revolt dice (1-4) see Graecia throw off Macedonian rule.
The Carthaginians go first, and Richard elects to attack the independent realms in the west Mediterranean, conquering Numidia, IBERIA, Gallia and Cisalpina. With his fifth campaign, he attacks ITALIA, rolling 5, which is plenty. It does not remove a counter from ITALIA, but means Rome's other provinces, Magna Graecia and Sicilia, revolt and become independent. Not so long ago, the Romans had reduced Carthage to its homeland, and now the Carthaginians have done the same to Rome.
The Macedonians try to reconquer Graecia, but roll 2.
I conquer independent Mesopotamia with a 5.
Andy's Romans attack Cisalpina, rolling 3, which is not enough as Rome's +1 modifier in the second half of the game is cancelled out by a -1 modifier for attacking a controlled province.
Carthage is resurgent, but my Persians are also on the rise
