Summing Up Our Third Playthrough Of Philip Sabin's Empire

IT was a convincing Persian victory, if I say so myself, greatly helped by the Macedonians never managing to eliminate the Persian empire in the early going.
This is the first time that has happened in my games (three four-player versions, one solo published on this blog and one solo unpublished) - every other time the Persians have had to return as Parthians.
Naturally we all enjoyed ourselves thoroughly.
Here are the updated standings (four points for a win, three for coming second, etc):
