Summing Up My Allied Playthrough Of The Battle Of Talavera

THIS scenario looked a tough ask for the human, and my cause was not helped early on by some bad activation dice.

But the early inactivity of my cavalry may have worked out for the best as they proved such a powerful force when they did reach the front line.

However the main factor in the Allied win, I believe, was my plan of concentrating on attacking the French left, where I effectively achieved a local superiority of arms.

The AI was unable to get its right flank to intervene quickly enough, and in the end the Allied victory was comprehensive.
I now lead my series against the AI 8-6 (the score includes one scenario played twice).
